The Truth of Becoming is an intimate, medically‑informed panel experience designed for women who are navigating some of the most significant—and often least discussed—health transitions of their lives. From perimenopause, menopause, and uterine fibroids challenges, this gathering creates a safe, supportive space where women can learn, connect, and feel seen.
Guided by a panel of trusted medical professionals, attendees will hear clear, compassionate explanations of what these conditions are, why they happen, and how they impact the body, mind, and daily life. Panelists will share evidence‑based insights, practical strategies, and emerging approaches to care, while also addressing the emotional and identity‑shaping aspects of these transitions.
This session blends clinical expertise with real‑world understanding. Women will have the opportunity to ask questions, engage in meaningful dialogue, and receive guidance rooted in both science and empathy. The small‑group setting ensures every voice can be heard and every woman feels supported.
Together, we will explore the truth of becoming—how women evolve, adapt, and rise through change—and build community around shared experiences that deserve openness, dignity, and informed care.
