Who I am: Rooting Myself in My Values

This interactive and reflective workshop invites teens to pause, look inward, and explore the values that shape who they are and how they show up in the world. Through guided activities, small-group discussion, and real-life scenarios, participants will identify their core values and examine how those values influence daily decisions, relationships, and future goals. Teens will practice aligning their actions with what matters most to them, building greater self-awareness, confidence, and authenticity.
