Fibroid Awareness Month is July 1-31
Navigating the journey of reproductive wellness can be challenging for young women. This session aims to empower attendees with essential knowledge about menstruation. We will cover the basics of what to expect during their period, how often they occur, and common symptoms. By providing practical tips and resources, we hope to foster a supportive environment where young women feel confident and informed about their bodies.
This session is ideal for young women aged 11 and up, parents, educators, and anyone interested in supporting young women's reproductive health.
